Alaska Peninsula Trophy Brown Bear

These trophy brown bear hunts take place on the Alaska Peninsula. A hunter can expect to see 5-10 bears a day while hunting. This hunt is conducted from both spike camps and raft float hunts. Our outfitter has been 90% successful on harvesting trophy bears up to 10’ with a 9’ average. Accommodations include a lodge as base camp and a wall tent with cots while hunting. Alaska Spring Brown & Black Bear

This spring brown bear hunt, using a lodge as base camp, takes place in the Alaska Range. The days are getting longer and warmer, and the bears emerge from their dens on the surrounding slopes. From spike camps, you can watch them sun themselves in the snow. Once a bear is spotted, the stalk is made on snowshoes. Our outfitter consistently enjoys 90% success on bear averaging 8½-9’. Alaska Fall Brown/Grizzly Bear, Black Bear, Caribou, Wolf & Wolverine

These brown/grizzly bear hunts take place in the Alaska Range. Our outfitter has been 85% successful on brown bear squaring 8½’ and 60-65% successful on grizzly bear squaring 7½’ on a 10-day hunt. Overall success on a 14-day hunt has been 90+% on brown bear and 80-85% on grizzly bear. Barren-ground caribou, black bear, wolf and wolverine can be harvested at no additional charge. Alaska Trophy Grizzly Bear

These grizzly bear hunts take place in the Brooks Range. A hunter can expect to see 5-10 bears on the hunt with an opportunity at a trophy 7’ bear. Our outfitter has been 90% successful on harvesting trophy bear up to 8’ with a 7’ average. These hunts are primarily done from a wall tent in remote locations. There are options for both float hunts and backpack hunts as well. Accommodations include a lodge as base camp and wall tents while on the hunt. License and tag are sold over the counter. Alaska Spring Vessel-Based Black Bear

This vessel-based black bear hunt takes place in Alaska’s Prince William Sound as the bears emerge from their dens. The bears have been hibernating in their dens up to six months. As a result, their hides are some of the most dense and prime in the world. The Prince William Sound has the highest black bear densities in the state. It is not uncommon to see ten bears a day, giving hunters a lot of opportunities. The average spring black bear squares 6’. If interested, contact us for additional information.

British Columbia Black Bear

This black bear hunt takes place in the beautiful Cariboo region of British Columbia. Our outfitter has exclusive guiding rights to 3,500 square miles of prime big game country bordering the Wells Gray Provincial Park. The black bears in various color phases are plentiful throughout the area. Our outfitter has been over 100% successful on black bears. His average black bear squares over 6’ with many going over 7’. New Mexico Black Bear with Hounds

This black bear hunt is conducted with the aid of well-trained hounds. Our outfitter has earned a reputation as one of the top producers of black bear. Over 50% of the bears are color phase which will vary in color from jet-black to blond, with cinnamon and brown phases also being quite common. The area hunted is well known for producing large bears. Many bears have been harvested with skulls measuring over 20”. Overall success exceeds 80%. Licenses are over the counter.
